One of the latest tracks to feature on the xRhythms playlist is 'Baptist' by alternative rock band Paradise Now from Bridgend, Wales.
What is extraordinary is that it has been released on one of the largest Christian music labels in the USA.
The trio is the first British band to be signed to Tooth & Nail Records, who in the past have enjoyed major hits with many big music acts like Anberlin, Family Force 5 and Underoath.
As it turns out, Paradise Now are not raw beginners.
The band has been around since 2012.
In fact the band, comprising of brothers Sam and Ben Taylor and long-time friend Nathan Beaton, have been around since 2012 under the name Written In Kings and released independently several singles and an EP, and became Christian festival favourites.
Now with their debut single under their new name, they are truly beginning again.
The band wrestles together their adoration for both pop and rock.
The band, described as "a trio of innovators," desire to motivate others with their music. They combine their adoration for both pop and rock by means of individual preferences and joint experience.
Said a spokesperson about the single, "Though our lyrics may not be those of conventional Christian songs, everything we do is worship and our hope is that it glorifies God."
