Are you feeling stuck in life?

There’s a difference between being stuck and preparing to move. Did you know that?
So why do you feel stuck? Did you ever take the time to consider, that you are exactly where you are meant to be at the exact time you are meant to be there?
I read an article by Mateo Sol called ‘How to break free when you’re feeling trapped in life’, and he used the perfect phrase to explain what this feels like.
He said, “You feel like you’re living someone else's life”, and that's exactly what that is.
You might feel stuck because you are doing what everyone else is doing, but not moving towards your own goals.
Understanding your purpose will help you see why you have the talent that you have.
One reason for doing this can be a lack of purpose. Understanding your purpose will help you see why you have the talent that you have, how to develop that talent into a skill, and how to make use of it, and move towards your goals.
You should not look at how other people are using their talent to understand your unique purpose. Even if your talent and skill is the same as another person, it does not necessarily mean you will use it in the same way.
A couple of years ago I was unsure of what my talent was. The only things I enjoyed doing were reading, writing, and singing, and I was only good at two of those things. Singing was not one of them.
I thought, well, that’s quite boring no? But look at me now; I started my own blog, presenting my writing in front of an audience, and I’m now writing to you too.
The thing you are “good at” is a talent that has been given to you.
If there’s one thing I've learnt so far in life it’s that the thing you are “good at” is a talent that has been given to you, and you should nurture it into a skill.
So what is it that you enjoy? It might be time to go back to it. And remember, appreciate your own journey and don’t compare yours to others. Do not cheat yourself out of a divine beautiful experience because you are focused on the pace at which things are going and not enjoying what you do.
As usual, if you will take anything from this, how about you hold onto the words in this poem:
Do not surrender your story to the hands of those who will never live it.
"Do not let the world confuse you with its normal,
Even it is yet to meet all that is meant to be.
Do not surrender your story to the hands of those who will never live it,
It is meant to be told only by you.
Many a times to truly start we need that shove,
Sometimes however we need that change of course,
But do not let yourself ignore that it may as well be your need for patience.
You were made on your own course,
with a separate track.
Although time waits for no man,
On the right track, You are the time!"
